Biscuits & Gravy
A Momma Mira recipe

This defiantly is not HEALTH food but it’s a MUST HAVE in your comfort food arsenal! It's made from a few simple ingredients so you dont have to feel bad about eating it. It’s a rainy morning here in Western Washington and we have house guests, so Biscuits & Gravy it is!

The most important ingredient is the Seasoning. I get mine from an online site & it comes from the south. It has a spice & kick to it!

All you need is:
    2 lb ground turkey
    ½ gallon of milk
    1 cup flour
    1 Tbs seasoning
    * Your favorite biscuit recipe
    * Eggs - cooked as a side dish
     (Feeds 16)



Brown your ground turkey meat, then mix in flour & seasoning. Stir until all the flour is worked into the meat.


Slowly pour the milk into the meat mixture, heat on medium, while stirring constantly until it thickens.


While your gravy is thickening, cook your biscuits until brown and your eggs to your liking.

Open your biscuits and pour the gravy over the top and on the inside.



 Or if you’re like me, pour the gravy sauce over EVERYTHING!
